| Details: 1    Interact with hourly and salaried employees on a daily basis.2    Maintain personnel files for all employees in a confidential manner.3    Monitor and maintain hourly employee’s attendance records while ensuring       employee confidentiality.4    Maintain and update benefits changes. 5    Update HRIS system with all current employee information.6     Screen resumes/applications, interview, and coordinate the drug/alcohol screening and hearing tests for prospective new hires.  Conduct a background check, and facilitate new hire orientation. Maintain employee log on new applicants, resumes and application forms per Affirmative Action Plan.7     Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports such as headcount and termination reports. Attendance and discipline tracking.  Create reports and provide shift managers attendance reports on an as needed basis. Maintain STD, FMLA, LTD logs.8   Process/notify Corporate of all benefit changes/enrollments such as: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, Unemployment Benefits, STD/LTD. 9    Notify carrier of employees who are eligible for COBRA coverage and maintain log for all terminated, laid off, long term disability, and dependents who are no longer eligible for insurance coverage under their spouse/parents insurance.10 Provide Managers/Supervisors with monthly update of FMLA and other employee related information. Keep Supervisors up to date with any and all information pertaining to them.11 Conduct thorough Exit Interview for all terminating employees, as required.12 Workers Compensation and safety: Maintain files, report and correspond with Safety Director.13 Coordinate random drug testing.14 Plan and coordinate all extra curricular employee activities including employee picnic, holiday luncheons and employee involvement activities.15 Communicate changes to all employees in a timely manner.16 Any and all other duties as required. | ||||

| Details: There is a unique opportunity to serve in the United States Army Reserve as an Interpreter / Translator as part of a program. Through this program the Army hopes to gain Middle-Eastern language speakers to help with rebuilding efforts. This position requires an eight-year military service obligation in the U.S. Army Individual Ready Reserve. Although you will be in the Reserves, you may be called upon to serve on active duty as determined by the needs of the Army. You may also be eligible for a $10,000 enlistment bonus.Training Job training for an Interpreter / Translator requires you to demonstrate proficiency of the English language at the Defense Language Institute, English Language Center. The length of your stay will depend on the level of your English language proficiency. Once you have successfully completed this, you must attend and successfully complete nine weeks of Basic Combat Training (BCT) where you will learn the basic skills necessary to become a Soldier. Immediately following BCT you will attend Advanced Individual Training (AIT). While at AIT, you will learn the specific skills required to successfully perform your day to day duties as a Translator Aide. | ||||
